End User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective date: January 1, 2026
1. Scope
This Agreement governs the use of the M-Explorer software provided by Hungarian Hosting.
2. License Grant
The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software within the agreed environment.
3. Permitted Use
- internal operational purposes
- authorized users within the organization
- according to defined roles and permissions
4. Prohibited Use
- unauthorized modification of source code
- circumventing security mechanisms
- redistribution or resale
- use outside the licensed scope
5. Support and Maintenance
Included support hours do not cover:
- new feature development
- new module creation
- third-party system failures
Bug fixes related to software defects do not consume the monthly support hours.
6. Liability
The Licensor shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss or business interruption.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the license in accordance with the contractual terms.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by Hungarian law.
